Appellate research and writing                     $120.00/hour

However, for any work accepted, I will first provide as accurate a figure as possible for estimated hours the project will take, and will always contact you for approval before beginning any work that will substantially exceed the estimate, regardless of necessity, with the understanding the final bill may reflect more or less time than estimated.
